I think Summer IS here, regardless what the calendar says.
This year we’ve been going through a little bit of a droughty spell so though it’s been hot – in the 90’s most every day – it’s not been unpleasant outside, most of the time. If you can get out there early it’s even cool, 70ish.

Hurricane Bill is moving along out there in the Atlantic. Doesn’t look like he’s going to bother us directly, but you never really know with hurricanes. Even if he doesn’t, the next one might… or tropical storm or even tropical depression. All can dump lots of rain and blow lots of wind.
